Prodigy Wildfire Solutions
Pricing & Financing

A straight answer on cost, engineered for your property.

We survey before we price, quote every part itemised, and offer regional financing so protection doesn't wait for a lump sum. Here is exactly what decides the number — and how to get yours.

What decides the price

Six things we measure before we quote.

Every system is engineered for one property. These are the variables that move the number — and why two houses of the same size can price very differently.

Roofline length & pitch

Sprinkler head count is driven by the geometry of your roof, not the size of your house. A long, complex or steep roofline needs more heads and more careful placement than a simple one of the same floor area.

Water source & pressure

The single biggest variable. A property on municipal supply with good pressure is straightforward. A property relying on a tank, well, lake or pool needs pumps, and sometimes storage — a materially different build.

What you are protecting

Roof only, or roof plus perimeter, decks, outbuildings and vegetation zones? Each additional protected zone adds valves, pipework and water demand.

Storeys & site access

Multi-storey elevations, difficult roof access, long pipe runs from the water source, and rock or difficult ground for trenching all change the labour involved.

Automatic detection

Detection sensors that trigger the system with nobody home are optional. How many units a property needs depends on its exposure and approach angles.

Materials for your region

Type L copper in North America, 316 stainless steel in Australia — specified for the climate and installed by qualified plumbers, which is part of why systems last decades rather than seasons.

  2. 2Water source & pressureMains, tank, well or lake — and the pump the choice implies.

The same system on a different property is a different build. This elevation shows the five variables that move the number — and why a figure quoted from a postcode would be wrong for most properties.

Illustrative schematic — not a system design. Real layouts are engineered per property after survey.

How you get your number

Three steps to a real figure.

No estimates from a postcode, and nothing to pay to find out. This is the whole path from question to quote.

01

Free risk report

Two minutes, your address only. Scores your property’s exposure and gives our engineers the starting picture — roofline, terrain, fuel and fire history.

02

Property survey

A consultant confirms what the report can’t see from above: water source and pressure, access, storeys, and exactly which zones you want protected.

03

Itemised quote

Every part of the system priced line by line, so you can see what each zone costs and stage the work across seasons if you’d rather. Free, no obligation.

Most residential installations complete in a single day once the design is signed off. Commercial and multi-building sites are scheduled around your operations.

Measured against the alternative

What a system costs compared to what a fire costs.

Against your deductible

In high-risk areas a wildfire deductible alone can be a significant share of a system. That is money you spend only after you have already had the fire.

Against your premium

Insurers in fire-prone regions are loading premiums, restricting cover and in some cases withdrawing. Demonstrable mitigation is increasingly part of staying insurable — we work directly with insurers and broker networks on exactly this.

Against a rebuild

A permanent system is a fraction of the cost of rebuilding, and it does not account for the contents, the disruption, or the two years of your life a rebuild takes.

It stays with the property

The system is a permanent improvement. It transfers to the next owner at sale, in a market where buyers in fire-prone areas increasingly ask about mitigation.

Why you won't find a price list here

  1. 01We survey the property before we price it. Roofline, water source and exposure decide the design, and none of those can be guessed from a postcode.
  2. 02Quotes are itemised. You see what each part of the system costs and can stage the work if you want to.
  3. 03The assessment and the quote are free, with no obligation. You are not paying to find out.
Financing

Spread the cost where you live.

Quotes are itemised, so protection can be staged — roofline first, perimeter and outbuildings later — to spread the investment across seasons. Speak with a consultant about the right sequence for your property.

Cost questions

Asked on almost every call.

Because every system is engineered for a specific property. Two homes of identical size can differ substantially once you account for roofline geometry and water supply. A published figure would be misleading for most people who read it.

Start with the free wildfire risk report. It scores your property’s exposure and gives our team what they need for an itemised, no-obligation quote.

Yes, depending on your region. Raise it during your consultation and we will walk you through the options available where you are.

Most residential installations complete in a single day. Commercial and multi-building sites are scheduled around your operations.

Systems are built to run for decades with annual servicing. Water is only used when the system is actually running, and cycle times are programmable.
