Residential wildfire protection, designed around your home

Residential / A property journey

Explore the details

01 / Property

Your home. Its own protection plan.

A home in the landscape deserves a system designed for that landscape. Permanent protection starts with the property—not a standard kit.

Placement matters as much as performance. Permanent lines follow the building, while water supply and controls are planned around the whole site.

For the days you are elsewhere

Your home does not
have to feel so far away.

A second home. A week away. An ordinary working day. Connected controls give you another way to check your system and act without being on site.

Explore remote control ↗

Remote functions require suitable installed equipment and connectivity. Always follow evacuation directions; do not delay leaving to operate a system.

In a homeowner’s words

“We have many tall coniferous trees on our property, and a big ravine behind our house packed with tall trees. We knew that if a wildfire ever got close, we could be in big trouble. After Prodigy assessed our situation, they gave us a quote for two systems: one for our two-storey house and another for our guest house. They answered all our questions and explained the installation thoroughly. We now feel safer and more prepared.”

Make a considered decision

A clear scope.
A practical next step.

Your property determines the design and cost. Understand the water requirements, installation scope and ongoing care before choosing a system.

Explore cost & financing ↗

Serving homeowners in Canada, the USA and Australia. Local requirements and product availability are reviewed for each site.

What does the free assessment tell me?

The address-level report provides wildfire exposure context. It is not an inspection of your home, a guarantee of safety or a substitute for a site-specific system design.

What determines the system cost?

Building size, roof geometry, terrain, water availability and the selected equipment define the scope. A property-specific proposal sets out the design and cost before installation.

Does the system replace home hardening?

No. Exterior sprinklers complement vegetation management, building maintenance and home-hardening measures. Embers, radiant heat and direct flame can affect a property in different ways.

Can it operate while I am away?

Remote controls and optional automatic activation can be specified for suitable systems. Power, water, connectivity and equipment requirements are reviewed for your site.

What happens after installation?

Commissioning and an operating handover help you understand the system. Ongoing maintenance, water availability and regular checks remain important; follow the plan provided for your installation.
